How To Reset a Gateway
ROAR for Good’s support team monitors gateways and will proactively reach out when Gateways are no longer online. To receive important communications, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email provider's address book.
Unplug the power cord connected to the Gateway and wait 15 seconds.
Plugin the power cord to the Gateway
Confirm the blue LED light on the Gateway is blinking.
IMPORTANT: If experiencing any issues while resetting a Gateway, please contact ROAR immediately.
