If the Alert Console loses a server connection, as indicated by a Yellow Connection Status Indicator, then the property must conduct a power reset on the tablet through the following steps:
- Tap on the Alert Consoles screen three times quickly. A purple bar will drop down.
- Tap on “Refresh Console” on the purple bar.
- The consoles connection will reset. If it does not, please see the important message below.
