Mobile Alert Console
A mobile application that displays the Alert Console is available for staff to download on compatible iOS and Android smartphones. To receive the required PIN to log in, you must first contact ROAR for Good and receive a unique PIN for every member of staff who requires the console on their mobile phone. Any alerts on the mobile Alert Console will replicate those displayed on the Alert Console and include location information. Please note, that the mobile Alert Console requires a stable data connection (WiFi or LTE) through the user’s smartphone. If the user has a stable data connection on their smartphone device, but the Alert Console is showing a yellow Connection Status Indicator, then please contact ROAR for Good for support..
Mobile Alert Console Push Notifications
The mobile Alert Console does have additional functionality in the form of Push Notifications that signal the user of any activated alerts even while the app may be closed. The push notifications will inform you that an alert has occurred and tapping on it will open the app allowing you to track the alert in real-time.
