Although infrequent, while working with ROAR Support, there are times that you may have to force quit and re-start the Console App to restore a connection.
- ROAR Support will confirm that the Alert Console is unlocked.
- Press the circular home button on the right-hand side of the screen. A home screen should display a background of ROAR's product.
- Double-press the home button. Some small windows should open.
- Flick the AlwaysOn Console App away, it should "fly" off of the screen.
- Find the AlwaysOn Console App on the home screen and launch it again.
- Confirm with Support the color of the Status Connection Indicator.
