Alert Response

Alert Response is a feature that allows anyone using Alert or Mobile Consoles to indicate that they are responding to an alert.

This allows anyone who uses the system to see who is responding to an alert, as well as their response time.

• When someone indicates that an alert is being responded to by tapping the button on a console or mobile app, it silences all other alert and or mobile consoles. The screen will still continue to flash red indicating that there is an active alert.
• The responder is updated on all alert and or mobile consoles. Anyone who views the alert can see who the responder is. The first person to tap "respond" is logged as the responder.

You may have to opt-in to Alert Response. Please submit a ticket if you are interested in using Alert Response but do not see it on your Alert or Mobile Consoles.
