Do Not Disturb is a great feature to have when you need to focus or pay attention to other tasks. However, with ROAR's Staff Safety Solution, you may still want to receive push notifications in event of an emergency.
We'll walk you through adding the Alert Console app to allow notifications in Do Not Disturb. NOTE: Steps could vary based on the Android version or phone model. The steps provided here should be used as a guide, and if you have questions refer to the operating manual for your device/Android Version.
1. | Navigate to settings and tap on "Notifications" or "Sound and Vibration".
2. | Tap on "Do Not Disturb".
3. | Tap on "Apps" | |
4. | Tap on "Add Apps". | |
5. | Find the AlwaysOn Console app and select it. Tap save once the app is added, and now notifications will flow through when your device is in Do Not Disturb. |
